- The venue is adjacent to the conference center, so you can move directly from the 2nd floor of the Fukuoka International Congress Center via the connecting passageway.

- Buses will be arranged to transport attendees from the conference venue to the hotel starting around 6:00 PM. Those moving from the conference venue are welcome to use this service. You may also choose to make your own transportation arrangements.
- Only those who purchased tickets in advance can attend.
- Tickets will not be sold on the day of the event.
