Payment Method

  • Payment can be made by credit card through the registration page or by Domestic bank transfer.
  • For Early Bird Registration, please complete the payment before September 14, 2025 (JST=GMT+9).
  • For Regular Registration, please complete the payment before November 3, 2025 (JST=GMT+9).

*The payment deadline is within two weeks of the application deadline.

Credit Card

Acceptable credit card are VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB.

Domestic Bank Wire Transfer

Bank transfers can be made only in Japan.

 

  • Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account is GMO Aozora Net Bank.
  • Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan. (Please note that the payment procedure pages are written only in Japanese.)
  • Please note that the bank account No. will be unique to each participant. Therefore, please find your bank account No. on the procedure page of your My Page and complete the payment individually.
  • A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions of bank charges. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • Please check the remitter’s name. It must be the same as the registrant’s name.

Refund

Refund of your payment will not be conducted automatically.
If refund occurs due to the change or cancellation of your registration, please contact the Registration Desk (apvs2025-rgst@or.knt.co.jp) with your name and registration No..

If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If payment was made by domestic bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account by email.

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Registration Desk in writing by e-mail (apvs2025-rgst@or.knt.co.jp)
  • All refund will be made after the congress.
  • All bank service charge will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

Insurance

Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
